A Bit About Me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist licensed in California, Texas and Ohio. I see clients virtually and in person in Berkeley, CA. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I am trained in various treatment modalities such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps clients heal from traumatic memories. I utilize these different types of treatment approaches that are specific to your needs and goals. I will also support and guide you into setting healthy boundaries, increasing self-care, self-worth and self-compassion.

I approach every session with warmth and compassion. I am open, authentic and direct. I align with you through a non-judgmental lens, inviting space for you to process and heal in a safe and comfortable manner. I consider my therapeutic approach as collaborative and client centered to best meet your needs, values and goals.

I bring my whole self and my whole heart to my work with you. I will work with you to find a new approach to healing and being free of the limits of body image and disordered eating concerns.

I have my Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Human Development from UC Davis and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Palo Alto University.
